Shamanism

Pre-dating organized religions in all cultures, shamanism was the human being's first attempt to contact a reality beyond the senses. Not the world of ghosts but of ancestors and spiritual helpers.

Core to shamanism is inner journeying, the experience of the imaginal landscape within, where it is possible to contact the higher, wiser parts of our mind. These come in the form of figures or animals and the result can be empowerment, a "re-wilding" of the mind.

Journeying is used as a light and easy way to get to know ourselves more deeply. A guide should have a clear eye and be familiar with the type of landscapes within.

Private Training

We meet in 1 to 1 counselling sessions to search for your guides.

You'll learn about the shamanic tool bag available to navigate life with a certain skillfulness. Any blocks to the flow of energy can be re-evaluated and integrated.

Meetings are online by appointment, or in person in the beautiful Library

Room in the Temple Lodge Club, Hammersmith, London.

I started my inner journey with Aindriú 6 months ago to connect with my inner core and my higher self away from conditioning and being ego-driven. Through inner travelling in different worlds, I discovered and learnt to trust my guides. They are kind, loving but direct and firm when needed. Driú keeps things simple and he always shines out pure love which helps to trust yourself during this adventure. Through his background as a monk, Druid and Buddhist, he can offer a unique conscious path to find your true purpose and meaning in life. This is the best investment you can make for yourself to stay centred and connected in this fast-changing world.

Hi Andrew, I'd like to describe to you, what this weekend felt like to me. This time it seemed, that we / I received emanations (?) and impulses from you on 3 different levels: the realm of nature spirit helpers; the quest, pursuing truth/god; the intention of, and sometimes longing for, overcoming ego-attachment, the cleansing of the heart. Your influence comes by being, though it's really interesting when you talk too. But talking wouldn't do it alone. I think, this is what our group appreciates so dearly. You speak about what you really know. The Tibetans call it "born from the marrow of the bone.

- Annette, Tibetan Buddhist practitioner
